Dual Fuel Serial Lookup

Check a range's serial number to confirm whether it's an affected Dual Fuel unit, and complete the required steps before releasing it for shipment.

Before you release a held unit

Complete these steps for any Dual Fuel unit you're holding within the affected manufacture-date range (March 19, 2025 – July 24, 2026). All potentially affected units must be visually inspected to confirm a test port gas cap is present before they can be released for shipment.

Look up the serial number using the lookup field to confirm whether the unit is potentially affected. Need help finding the serial number? See the Test Port Cap Protocol Inspection Guide.
Not affected? No further inspection is needed — the unit is approved for immediate shipment.
Potentially affected? Inspect the test port gas cap before releasing the unit. See the Test Port Cap Protocol Inspection Guide.
Cap present? Photograph the test port gas cap area and submit your proof of inspection (serial number and a clear photo) using the Submit proof of inspection button on that unit's result.
We'll respond within 2 hours to confirm approval. A clear serial and photo with a confirmed cap will be approved for shipment.
Cap missing or unconfirmed? Keep the unit quarantined and use Request service on that unit's result. An Authorized Service Technician will complete the required service.
